1 Ordering
1.1 How can I order a product at Golfflags.com?
Follow these steps to order your product quickly and easily:

1. Choose your product
2. Choose the required size, colour or model;
3. Select (if appropriate) the material
4. Add your personal wishes in the designated field 'remarks';
5. You can download the working drawings in the tab 'working drawings', under the assembly options
6. Complete your design in the working drawing or have this done by us for free
7. Upload or email your files if you are supplying your own design
8. Order your product.
1.2 How should working drawings and files be supplied?
You can choose to draw up your own design or to have it made by us free of charge.

Option 1: Draw up your own design


Step 1 Download working drawing


Designing a working drawing is part of the ordering process. When assembling the product, the correct working drawing is automatically selected for you. This can be downloaded.


Step 2 Design


The working drawings are designed in Adobe Illustrator (AI) and consist of multiple layers (cutting lines, safety margins, etc.). Pay attention to the following important points for the lay-out:

- Important texts and images need to be placed within the 'safe zone'; the zone between the dotted line and the cutting line is the bleed, this area will not be printed in the final design.
- The design should be made using CMYK colours (not RGB)
- Texts (Fonts / letter types) should be converted to contours
- Mention colour codes (PANTONE, PMS Solid Coated)
- Deliver design as a vector file 1:1 and preferably in Adobe Illustrator (Adobe Illustrator, .AI, .PDF (vector) or .EPS)
- Images minimum of 300 DPI (JPG) for crisp print
- send PNG or JPG file along as example of the design

Step 3 Upload the files (1 or more files)

When your design is finished, you can upload the files. This can be done during the ordering process, in the shopping cart or later in your account (providing you create an account). You can send us the files through WeTransfer: https://golfcomfort.wetransfer.com or mail: [email protected]. Always mention your order number and contact information!


If you have more than one design, you can upload multiple files, so also multiple logos or designs. You won't pay anything extra for multiple designs. So you can easily order two of the same products with different designs!


Option 2: Send your files to our free design service

Send us your logo (.ai, .eps or .pdf file) and we will make a design for you for free. You can upload your logo or design easily during the ordering process, in the shopping cart or later in your account at the appropriate order. You can also email your files to [email protected]


Checking the files

Files that have been sent by email or WeTransfer are always checked by our specialists. We check if the files meet our delivery specifications and when there are problems, these are communicated to the client. If the files are good enough to use for printing and the client is in agreement, we start producing the products. After the files have been approved, you will receive a message from us.

1.3 When will my order be delivered?
Golfflags.com uses a standard delivery time of 7 to 12 business days. The delivery time can be shorter depending on your order. If you require your products quickly, please contact us via email on [email protected]
1.4 Until when do I have the option to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order after it has been placed, up to the moment of production. Your order will be produced after we have approved your files. You will get an email about this. Roll-up banners and L-banners are printed as customer-specific products. For this reason, it is not possible to return these products unless it involves a mistake made by us. This is why we ask you to check the files thoroughly.
1.5 How can I request a quotation?
All our prices are listed on the website and we won't deviate from them in general. When you wish to place a large order, you can ask for a tailor-made quote. You can contact us via [email protected]
 
2 Account
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking top right on the website on My account / Register. Then you can log in using your Facebook account or create an account. By creating an account with Golfflags.com, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple addresses, view and track your orders and more. You can fill in your details and click on register.
2.2 Why should I create an account?
By creating an account you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple addresses, and view your payments. You can re-order easily, view your orders, upload your files later and amend your details.
2.3 I have forgotten my password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking on 'My account' and then on 'Forgotten password?' . Here you can request a new password by filling in your email address and clicking send.
You will receive an automated email that enables you to reset your password.  

Sometimes clients order products as a 'guest'. As a guest, you will not have an account and therefore no access to previous orders. You can also not request a password. 3 Payment
3.1 Which payment methods do you accept?
At Golfflags.com, you can use the most reliable and well-known payment methods. During the payment process, you can choose from a selection of online payment methods.

Golfflags.com uses MultiSafepay as a payment provider. MultiSafepay has been the ideal partner for online payment for web shops and is the fastest growing Payment Service Provider in the Netherlands.
Golfflags.com offers a wide range of both Dutch as foreign online payment methods such as iDEAL, Bank transfers, INCASSO, PayPal, Gift vouchers, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, the Belgian Mister Cash, the German Giropay and SofortBanking.

We try to keep our prices as low as possible. If you are offered a lower price elsewhere, please contact us.

4 Design
4.1 How should files be supplied?
You can choose to draw up your own design or to have it made by us free of charge.

4.2 How does the free design service work?
If you don't have experience with designing files, our specialists will do it for you free of charge. Send us your logo (.ai, .eps or .pdf file) and we will make a design for you for free. You can upload your logo or design easily during the ordering process, in the shopping cart or later in your account at the appropriate order. You can also email your files to [email protected] Make a drawing with comments of what you would like, or let our creative people make a design for you.
4.3 I have multiple designs for various products. How do I supply these?
If you are ordering multiple products, it is possible to provide several designs. If, for instance, you would like to order two sets of printed golf flags and you would like to receive two different designs. You can upload multiple files using golfcomfort.wetransfer.com or mail them to us at [email protected]. You can also do this during the ordering process or later via your account. In the field 'remarks' you can mention that different designs are required. Or you can mention it in the file title or in the email. There is no extra charge for multiple designs!
 
5 Shipping
5.1 How will my order be shipped?
Golfflags.com delivers shipments worldwide thanks to reliable carriers like UPS. Depending on the weight and the country, transport costs are charged. The transport costs we charge are based on the prices of UPS. All packages are sent with a track & trace code as standard, so all packages can be tracked. All goods are packed securely in cardboard boxes so that the risk of something happening to them is as small as possible. Large orders are shipped on pallets. Picking up an order, or having it picked up, can be done in consultation.
What are the delivery costs?
The cost of shipping is charged directly to the client. A summary of weights and amounts per country can be found on the shipping page. Thanks to the international transport network of UPS, we can deliver packages worldwide. Prices are inclusive of VAT and based on the heaviest weight in the corresponding column. All prices are subject to change and may vary.
 
6 Maintenance
6.1 How can I clean my product?
If your golf flag has become dirty you can wipe it with a damp cloth. Loose event flags can be washed in the washing machine, and the hardware can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Roll-up banners are cleaned as follows: Wait for the fabric to dry before rolling it back into the cassette. After using your roll-up and before you are going to store your roll-up in the carry bag, it is a good idea to wipe the cassette with a soft dry cloth. This removes any dirt from the cassette and will avoid scratches, for instance when sand scrapes the cassette during transport.
6.2 How do I store my product?
When the products are not in use, it is advisable to store them safely. Dismantle the products as required and make sure they are clean before putting them away.
Pop-up banners, event flags and roll-up banners can be stored in the carry bag supplied. 
 
7 Warranty
7.1 What is the warranty on my product?
Golfflags.com strives to offer excellent quality. The products are printed on high-quality materials. The products are delivered in a sturdy and handy carry bag.

We advise you to check your product immediately on arrival to make sure everything is in order. In the event that there are problems with your fabric or hardware, we will find a suitable solution. Our aim is to have satisfied customers.

Custom articles cannot be returned. For other products, a 14-day trial period applies. If you are unhappy with your product, you can return it. The shipping costs for returning items are at your own expense. The article must be complete and you should include your name, address and telephone number. The order number and your bank account number must also be supplied. 

Depending on the use and treatment of the materials, our hardware carries a 1-year warranty as standard. This warranty covers faults that are the result of production of the accessories.

In the event that you have handled your products incorrectly and this has resulted in damage, the warranty does not apply. Costs due to damage caused by water, storm or third parties cannot be reimbursed. Of course, we will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.

8 Returns
8.1 What should I do if I am unhappy with my product?
If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us so we can help you find a suitable solution.

We advise you to check your product immediately on arrival to make sure everything is in order. 

Custom articles cannot be returned. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to repudiate the contract without specifying any reasons for a period of at least 14 days. This cooling off period starts the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or an agent appointed by the consumer and notified to the producer in advance.

During the cooling off period, the consumer shall treat the product and the packaging with utmost care. He will only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether he wishes to retain the product. If wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer shall return the product with all delivered accessories and, as far as reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging to the producer in conformity with the producer ́s reasonable and clear instructions.

When the consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to inform the producer within 14 days of receipt of the product. The notification must be made by the consumer using the standard form. After the consumer has made it known that he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered items have been returned in god time, for instance by showing proof of posting

The costs associated with the return are at your own expense. The article must be complete and you should include your name, address and telephone number. The order number and your bank account number must also be supplied.
